Potato Wedges

This one is based on the short recipe that came with the OTG (Oven Toaster Grill).


1) potatoes – 5 big sized ones

2) garlic – 10 cloves

3) pepper – 1 tsp

4) oregano – 1 tsp

5) salt – 2 tsp

6) cooking oil – 4 tbsp

Step 1: Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into wedge shaped pieces.


Step 2: keep the wedges in a bowl of water with ice cubes for 30 minutes


Step 3: In the meantime, grind pepper and garlic. It’s better to use freshly ground pepper.


Step 4: Drain water from potatoes, and dry them using a tissue. Add pepper powder, ground garlic, oregano, salt and oil to potatoes and mix well. Place this on grill in the pre-heated oven and grill for 20-25 minutes.


Potato wedges are ready! Happy snacks time! 🙂
